The Board of Directors meet in the Auditorium the 3rd Saturday of the month at 10:00 AM unless otherwise specified. All residents are invited and encouraged to attend. Agendas, minutes and Treasurer's report will be posted on the bulletin board near the office.

Message from the Architectural Committee Chairman

The Architectural Committee consists of the Chairperson and five additional members that are appointed by the of the Board of Directors. The Committee approves architectural requests. If you plan any exterior changes, additions or construction, please submit your written request directly to the office (not committee members) for approval before starting the project.

No ARC approval is needed for painting exterior, new window &/or garage door installation and placement of plants, bushes and trees, walking path stones and related.

Maintenance & Nuisance Issues

They also handle maintenance violations such as weeds, trashcans etc., and issue requests for compliance. Contact them if you are having problems that they may help you resolve. Also submit any questions or problems directly to the office.

NOTE: Being on the committee is a very rewarding volunteer position. You can help keep our neighborhod looking beautiful and exercise too!
