Management Fees and Documents

This community, since being built, has been self managed.Our current board consists of seven members including a president, vice-president who is also in charge of buildings, secretary, treasurer, the member in charge of Pools and Spas, the member in charge of the golf course, and the member in charge of the community television. The board is assisted by the Architectural Review Committee to maintain the integrity of the community. Our employees work for the association.

Because we are self-managed, our current association fees are a low $90/month or $1080 annually.

Our golf course is owned by the residents and they can golf for no charge. Guests with a resident are allowed to golf for a nominal fee. Residents with recreational vehicles can park them in our secured RV parking for a low fee per year with availability. Our facilities including the lounge, auditorium and kitchen are available to our residents for private use at no charge with a reservation. Is it any wonder why Panorama Village has been the best kept secret for affordable, active retirement for over 45 years? Of course, all fees are subject to change.
